In a bold and defiant call to action, General Blessed Geza, speaking on behalf of the M31 Movement, has declared a nationwide shutdown on Monday 22 April and Tuesday 23 April 2025.
This is not merely a protest — it is a revolutionary stand against tyranny, corruption, and economic destruction. The time for silence is over. The time for action is now.
The M31 Movement is calling on all Zimbabweans across the country and in the diaspora to join in this two-day stay away.
No work.
No buying. No selling. No business as usual.
This shutdown is a powerful message to those in power: the people are awake, and we are taking back our future.

The M31 Movement warns against any form of intimidation or sabotage from state agents or enforcers of the status quo. The people’s will cannot be suppressed forever. This is a peaceful, organized, and constitutional stay away but it carries the full weight of a fed-up generation.
